ORDERING INFO
If you have never bought a custom embroidered patch before, you will find the answers to many of your questions in our list of FAQs. Please be sure to check it out. In general, you should know that we will create your custom patch by working from whatever information you have. In some cases the customer may have no idea what their design should look like. In other cases the customer may have a professionally designed graphic image or even an existing patch they would like to have replicated. It doesn't matter to us how much or how little information you have. We will be happy to consult with you regarding your project and help direct you in the most efficient and economical way to an entirely suitable end product. A good way to start is to call us toll free at 1-888-728-2426 (during normal business hours Pacific time).

PRICE: The cost of a custom embroidered emblem is a function of many variables including quantity, size, number of colors, coverage, detail, stitch count, materials, backing, etc. Therefore, to ensure you get the lowest possible price, please call us for a quotation.

DELIVERY: Because we use need-based prioritizing, our delivery will depend on how soon you need your patches. However, we normally ship 3-4 weeks after receipt of order.

TERMS: Nonprofit corporations and volunteer groups receive free design and are invoiced after receipt of goods with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Terms for new customers are 50:50. Commercial and government accounts can receive Net30 terms upon approval of credit and will be charged a nominal fee for design time. Please note that all quotes will include design cost estimates. If, at any point in the process, the job is escalated in difficulty you will be requoted for design cost before any additional cost is incurred. Payments may be by check, money order, or the following credit cards: M/C, Visa, Amex.

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise quoted, we will ship UPS (or postal service for FPO/APO addresses). Freight charges from Dana Point, California to the destination will be added to the invoice. Please note that we do not export. All shipments must be within the US or to APO/FPO postal addresses. Foreign customers must use a domestic proxy for shipping.

TAX: California orders not-for-resale will include state sales tax of 7.5%. A valid resale number must be provided by the customer for all California "for resale" orders.

WARRANTY/DISCLAIMER: All of our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the time of delivery. Returns will be allowed only upon approval by The Patch Connection. Defective merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the customer. The Patch Connection will be held harmless from any and all liabilities arising from the misuse of products or losses incurred owing to delays in delivery or unauthorized use of trademarks or infringements of intellectual property rights for designs provided by the customer. No refunds and cancellations only with approval.
